Shipping

Free shipping on all orders for USA. We can ship to virtually any address in USA except Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico, Guam, Palau, Micronesia and Samou. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

For orders on Royalhomesusa, 6% sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.

Lead time is as specified on the product page. If no lead time giving on product page, your order arrives between 4 to 10 business days.

Returns Policy

If customer is not satisfied with the product with any reason, customer may return the product which is in new or unused condition with all product inserts/accessories, original packaging and original receipt within 3 days of receipt of the items. However, customer has to pay for return shipping costs. We will inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. Once we confirm the item is in good condition, we will refund the payment. Refund process would take 4 to 8 weeks as our manufacturers located outside of the USA.

If customer received an incorrect or defective item, customer should provide unboxing video and pictures of the defective parts with original delivery receipt then we will send replacement parts or missing pieces with fast shipping option. 

All return and replacement part requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of the items. Any return made without contacting us or not cooperating with delivery company during the delivery can cause the goods to be destroyed by post office and customer cannot require refund for the good.

Royalhomesusa LLC is not responsible if the item on order does not meet your local plumbing code or does not meet your required specification. Please double check before ordering.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made within 48 hours via email (sales@royalhomesusa.com), However, it will be subject to a cancellation fee which is 3.5% of the total order amount.
